Neil Craig

Neil is currently Director of High Performance for the England Rugby team assisting Coach, Eddie Jones to win the World Cup. 

He was the Senior Coach at the Adelaide Crows AFL Club for 7 years from 2005 to 2011 and previously the Sports Fitness Coach when Malcolm Blight coached Adelaide to back to back AFL Premierships in 1997 and 1998.

He left Adelaide after being appointed as Director of Sports Performance at the Melbourne AFL Club in 2012.  He was then appointed General Manager of Football Performance at the Essendon AFL Club and more recently was appointed in the pivotal role of Director of Coaching, Development and Performance at the Carlton AFL Club in 2016.

However his talents in developing leadership and winning high performance team cultures had been observed from afar and he is currently Director of High Performance for the England Rugby team assisting Coach, Eddie Jones to win the World Cup in Japan in 2019.

Neil has an Honorary Doctorate in Sports Science from the Flinders University and also holds a Masters in Sports Science and a Bachelor of Education.

He was also instrumental as the Sports Scientist with the Australian Cycling Team in reinventing the high performance model for their success in the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games.

He has already been engaged as a speaker for a number of Norris Management clients who were stimulated by the message he gave their management and staff on high performance leadership, culture and values.

He is now available for corporate speaking and coaching engagements when back in Australia between his U.K. commitments.
